MasterCraft Boat Company announces the addition of Stephen Neveu, its latest young new ripper, to their Pro Waterski Team. Neveu, who is a mere 21 years old, is a relative new comer to the waterski scene. However, in that short time, he has made quite an impact on the sport and now gets to add another trophy to his case: being part of the growing young rat pack that represents MasterCraft and the record-breaking ProStar.
Neveu, who resides in Calgary Canada, is one of the sports gentle giants, measuring in at an attention-grabbing 6 feet, 5 inches. But the moment he straps into his ski, the nice stays on dock and the fierce competitor hits the course. Without question, Neveu is quickly becoming an absolute powerhouse in the slalom course.
With flawless style and perfect execution, Neveu has begun to bulldoze his way to the top. After winning the under 21 Worlds Men's Slalom Title, Stephen has gone on to place 4th at the World Championships and is currently ranked in the top 25 of Elite Mens Slalom Skiers. He is poised to be one of the elite skiers in the coming years.
It will be exciting to see what Stephen can accomplish after training in a warm climate year round, said Aarne Clow, MasterCraft team and event manager. We look forward to watching him develop and hone his craft, especially beside fellow MasterCraft team skiers KC and Brooks Wilson.
