Marketing Coordinator
Vonore, TN

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This individual will be responsible for supporting the marketing department while collaborating with other areas of the company to develop marketing collateral and communications to accurately reflect the MasterCraft brand. In this role, the marketing coordinator will leverage all facets of the marketing funnel to drive the daily operations of the marketing department and hit key targets. This person will lead the cross-functional execution of the communications strategy, influence marketing plans, and manage the collation of marketing data to inform the MasterCraft decision making process.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in updating content and copy for all consumer-facing platforms, including company website, design-a-boat and electronic media
• Develop and distribute all dealer- and consumer-facing MasterCraft email communications
• Develop creative briefs, timelines, budgets in support marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social, public relations, events, dealers, web, etc.
• Manage third-party agencies to ensure content development, organization and deployment across all marketing channels
• Lead and implement the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to impact the consumer journey to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences and drive lead generation
• Assist in managing endemic media relations, and projecting MasterCraft’s image through earned media
• Coordinate logistics supporting all photo/video shoots
• Manage owners program development and execution
• Coordinate request-a-brochure shipment fulfillment
• Assist with developing marketing campaigns and reporting results
• Conduct data analyses on the business, develop and implement pivot/countermeasure recommendations

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, Sports Marketing or consumer product driven company
• Minimum of two years’ experience in marketing role
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Graphic design experience a plus
• Experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
• Effective project management skills; ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines; strong organization and leadership skills
• Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals
• Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative

TRAVEL:
• Up to 20% may be required
