Duties
Performs a variety of bookkeeping, clerical, and administrative work related to various aspects of accounting according to established policies and procedures which may include but will not be limited to accounts payable, invoicing and accounts receivable functions. Work involves frequent internal and external contacts with vendors/dealers/internal departments and observes confidentiality of client and firm matters.
Requirements
High school diploma required with a minimum of 2-5 years accounting related experience and/or associates degree in accounting; must possess basic office skills with Windows software (Excel, Word, Access) and accounting system data entry; must be very organized, team oriented and motivated; must possess excellent communication skills.
